The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that will drive growth and increase brand awareness for Preservision.

Responsibilities

  • A passion for improving consumer lives, and a demonstrated track record of an ownership mindset.

  • Lead the development and execution of brand plans – Work closely within the large interdisciplinary team, help to move forward various activations including shopper marketing, PR, TV, digital and social media, search and SEO, ecommerce, displays and trade promotion.

  • Lead business analysis and insight development – Track, monitor, and analyze available performance metrics to develop insights for business growth and optimizations, including but not limited to shipments, retail sales, sales and media performance metrics for search, website, digital, social, SEO, e-comm, etc.

  • Manage website, and DTC site – Coordinate, expand and optimize, website, and new DTC site to improve personalization, ensure best-in-class capabilities, and incorporate new line extensions.

  • P&L management – Manage A&P budgets, update sales forecasts based on actual shipments and consumption trends, and help coordinate demand planning with operations.

  • Internal processes – Manage initiation, tracking and swift completion of internal processes, and lead promotional assets through the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) and Packaging electronic approval system (ELM).

Qualifications

  • MBA preferred. Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 4 or more years of experience within US OTC and/or CPG marketing organization.

  • Healthcare professional marketing experience a plus.

  • Must have demonstrated analytical skills with ability to review consumer data, identify trends and present information to senior managers. Experience with IRI/ACNielsen data preferred.

  • Strong demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work well within a team.

  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment and to demonstrate ownership and execution of primary responsibilities.

  • Strong time-management (ability to manage expectations and meet deadlines) and verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to thrive with minimal guidance.

  • Strong social / digital media acumen

  • Must have proficiency with Microsoft suite of products

Note: This role is eligible for our hybrid work schedule allowing for up to 2 days/week of telecommuting from home and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office.
