Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Undertake electro-mechanical maintenance tasks, including but not limited to hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial mechanics.
Proficiently troubleshoot and replace various components such as A/C and D/C motors, sensors, bearings, and gearboxes.
Conduct calibration procedures both electrically and mechanically.
Execute scheduled maintenance according to established preventive maintenance plans.
Manage routine work orders efficiently.
Respond promptly to emergency work orders within defined timelines.
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively.
Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, fostering collaboration across all levels of plant operations and management.
Actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team.
Possess the ability to interpret schematics.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
Exhibit qualities of self-motivation, reliability, punctuality, and organization.
Adapt to evolving duties and responsibilities in alignment with business requirements.
Available to support either 2nd (3pm - 11 pm) or 3rd (11pm - 7 am) shift hours, with flexibility for split shifts if needed.
The essential functions of this role include:
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
