Per importante cliente sito a Chiari (BS), CBRE Global Workplace Solutions cerca una risorsa da inserire nel ruolo di Contract Manager .

Il Contract Manager può essere referente di una o più commesse, ha la responsabilità sia della gestione dei contratti attivi presso i nostri clienti sia del coordinamento del team e dei fornitori che operano per tali clienti.

Il Contract Manager ha le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Preventivazione

  • Mantenere e sviluppare la relazione con il cliente

  • Gestione sub-appaltatori

  • Gestione e coordinamento del team a suo riporto

  • Gestione della formazione del team su tematiche tecniche e di sicurezza

  • Verificare la completa e corretta esecuzione delle attività manutentive (ordinarie e straordinarie)

  • Rendicontazione contabile della commessa

  • Monitoraggio degli obiettivi di budget ed elaborazione dei report in collaborazione con il Contract Support ed il Team Finance

Le candidature idonee per il ruolo di Contract Manager dovranno possedere i seguenti requisiti:

  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza professionale in aziende operanti in ambito impiantistico, edile, ecc

  • Capacità di analisi dei dati quantitativi e documentali al fine di supportare il monitoraggio del contratto, del budget e della reportistica

  • Buone doti relazionali e di coordinamento

  • Propensione a lavorare per obiettivi ed in contesti complessi

  • Attitudine al lavorare di squadra

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

  • Patente B
