LEAD PLUMBER:

Are you an experienced and skilled plumber ready to take on a leadership role? Liberty HVAC and Energy Services is seeking a Lead Plumber to join our team and oversee various plumbing projects. If you have a passion for plumbing, excellent supervisory skills, and a track record of delivering high quality work, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Plumbing Installations and service work
  • Supervise plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
  • Coordinate and manage a team of plumber and subcontractors, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow
  • Conduct on-site inspections to assess project progress and compliance with plumbing codes and regulations
  • Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior plumbers, contributing to their skill development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a skilled plumber, with a minimum of 8 years in plumbing work
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
  • In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in tackling challenging plumbing situations
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and subcontractors
