As an HR Coordinator, you will support the HR department in all areas of employee management. From recruitment and onboarding to benefits administration and employee relations, you'll be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working with people. We're looking for a passionate and organized HR Coordinator to join our HR team and play a key role in helping us manage our most important resource—our employees. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communications with candidates.

  • Onboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.

  • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, manage HR databases, and handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR-related matters.

  • Benefits & Payroll: Assist with benefits administration, employee enrollments, and coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate records.

  • Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.

  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of HR-related events, trainings, and initiatives.

  • General HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team on various tasks and projects as needed.
