Overall Job Summary

This position is responsible for helping to coordinate the processes required to open a new store and execute a project in existing stores. This includes the distribution of relevant information to the Store Support Center, Store and District Managers as well as organizing supply needs for both new stores and project stores.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

  • Assist Manager, Retail Initiatives and Retail Initiatives Project Managers with all aspects of the new and project store processes, including follow up, communication and issue resolution (10%)

  • Serves as a contact person to store managers and district managers regarding new stores (10%), relocation stores and project stores (10%

  • Updates/maintains Workfront for new and projects stores (10%)

  • Updates/distributes schedules and support documents for new stores and project stores (10%)

  • Works with outside vendors and internal teams to order and deploy needed equipment such as cell phones/laptops, scissor lifts, open tops for new stores and project stores (10%)

  • Assists with the preparation and distribution of documentation for project stores (5%)

  • Assists with point of purchase inventory for new and project stores (5%)

  • Helps to identify missing fixtures and POP for new and project stores. Ensuring they are promptly ordered and shipped. (5%)

  • Prepares and submits CERs for project stores (5%)

  • Processes and submits expenses/invoices for new stores and project stores (5%)

  • Prepares and ships new store packets prior to fixture week. (5%)

  • Processes cash advance requests for new stores, sends to new store managers (5%)

  • Processes pre-open expenses for new store managers (5%)

  • May perform other duties as assigned *

Required Qualifications

Experience: 2 – 4 Years’ experience; Retail experience preferred

Education: High school education. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office

  • Good organizational, communication, and analytical skills

  • Display a detail-oriented approach to daily activities and a self-starter attitude

  • Ability to multi-task

Working Conditions

  • Repetitive wrist, hand or finger movement

  • Normal office working conditions

Physical Requirements
