Are you a skilled Manufacturing Engineer looking for a new opportunity to make an impact? Our company is seeking a talented individual to join our team and drive innovation in our manufacturing processes. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing production flow, providing technical support to our operations team, and spearheading process and product improvement initiatives. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, and a passion for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you. salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

  • Optimize production flow and provide technical support to operations team

  • Initiate and support process and product improvement initiatives

  • Work closely with VP of Operations

  • Troubleshoot production issues daily

  • Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes

  • Prepare job quotes within deadlines

  • Read and interpret blueprint drawings/specifications

  • Program CNC machines using Mastercam and AutoCAD

  • Source and implement manufacturing tools and fixtures

The essential functions of this role include:
