A Better Crawl, Inc. Crawl Space Technician - Full time in Bremerton, Washington

JOB TITLE: CRAWLSPACE TECHNICIANS -- UNSKILLED LABOR -- A BETTER CRAWL, INC.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A BETTER CRAWL, INC -- Bremerton has several positions open for Crawl Space and Basement Technicians. No experience necessary. Company will train the right candidates. This is a long-term, permanent position. Part-time can be accommodated, if desired. Traits employer is looking for include: Positive attitude, hard worker, quick learner, and can follow both verbal and written directions. Work is performed in crawlspaces, basements, and attics. These can be tight, dark spaces. NOTE: If you are claustrophobic and/or afraid of spiders, mice, or rats, this job is NOT for you. Technicians install fiberglass insulation, a variety of vapor barriers, dig trenches in confined spaces, lift and carry heavy items as well as perform other required tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Willingness and ability to learn and follow directions
  • Ability to communicate effectively  
  • Reliable transportation to/from work
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
  • Clean driving record is preferred, but not required  

*WAGE: *$18 - $28/hr (based on skill/performance levels)

HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position working Mon - Fri, 35--40 hours per week. May be asked to work Saturdays as need arises. 4 Day work week options available.
