Du unterstützt das Team und die Teamleiterin bei diversen Aktivitäten (z.B. Monatliche Abrechnugskontrolle, Abstimmung der Payrollergebnisse, usw.). Außerdem stehst du als Urlaubs- und Krankheitsvertretung bereit.

Dein Beitrag dazu?

  • Monatliche Abrechnungskontrolle und Abstimmung der Payrollergebnisse für Deutschland

  • Wissensdatenbank für das deutsche Payrollteam aufsetzten

  • Kommunikation mit ADP und Verwaltung / Erstellung relevanter Service Tickets um neue Daten zur Programmierung zu geben

  • Vorbereitung und Bereitstellung payrollrelevanter Daten für örtliche Behörden wie z.B. Integrationsamt, Statistisches Bundesamt,

  • Berufsgenossenschaft

  • Abwesenheitsvertretung bei teamrelevanten Themen des Payrollleads

  • Unterstützung bei SOX Controls und internen sowie externen Audits

Was musst du mitbringen?

  • Abgeschlossene, einschlägige kfm. Berufsausbildung oder Vergleichbares

  • Payroll relevantes Wissen über gesetzliche Rahmenbedingungen

  • Fließende Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache, sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache

  • Erweitertes Wissen bzgl. Microsoft Applikationen wie Excel, Word etc.

  • Analytisches denken
