Position Description:

Anyone filling this position will be working on developing new functionality for a critical financial application. The position provides opportunity for anyone seeking to enhance their technical skill set. The candidate will be working with a team of high performers.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Looking for a BPM developer

• At least 8+ years overall experience with up minimum of up to 8 years with IBM BPM

• Experience in IBM BPM 8.6.7 is a must

• Experience in Responsive coaches, app migrations and ability to create frameworks and utilities.

• Work with multiple project delivery team Process design, development and/or improvement.-

• Leads and has direct responsibility for one or more technology projects.

• Completes the delivery of design, code or testing for modules or multiple functions related to IS development initiatives.

• Prepares requirement definition, design, technical specifications.

• Provides coding, testing and implementation support for identified technical platform (i.e., Mainframe, Mid-range, Distributed or Web).

• Analyzes user requirements, and defines technical project scope and assumptions for assigned tasks.

• Creates business and/or technical designs for new systems, and/or modifications to existing systems.Translates detailed requirements into functional system designs.

• Experience with Agile methodology and working in Agile teams

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

IBM BPM 8 years

Detail oriented with excellent organization and analytical skills

Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines;

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, project team members, supervisors, and employees from other departments.

Following all prescribed Target processes, standards, and reviews

Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.

• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personality types and understand technical issues.

• Ability to work and coordinate with Offshore teams.

Ability to directly work with Onshore Client. Desire excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work and coordinate with offshore team members.

Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree
