Grain Operator - Breckenridge, MN

Job Responsibilities Under general supervision, carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently. Work with customers and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner. Load out grain on trucks and railcars. Weigh, grade, and inspect incoming grain from trucks. Understand and operate automated systems. Conduct and properly record daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance. Keep all work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe condition. Perform grounds maintenance including snow removal. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Perform other duties as needed or assigned to ensure facility operates smoothly and customers receive excellent customer service.

Minimum Qualifications (Required) Current and valid drivers license High School diploma Additional Qualifications Ability to work extended hours with flexibility during peak seasons to meet business demands Mechanical background preferred Ability to operate machinery Agriculture experience preferred 1+ years of experience in Operations, willing to train the right candidate Pre-employment screening is required for this position

Physical Requirements Ability to lift 75 pounds Ability to climb rail cars, ladders, stairs, and bins Ability to climb heights and work in confined spaces at times Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures

Compensation Red River Grain offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and may include other earnings such as bonus. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills, and certifications.
