In this role, you'll help us find great talent across different countries in the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Senior Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and HR partners throughout the hiring process in the EMEA region.

  • Get creative with sourcing techniques like social media, direct sourcing, employee referrals, and job fairs to find amazing candidates.

  • Keep our job ads fresh and exciting on various academic and professional platforms to attract top talent.

  • Help coordinate the global interview process, making sure every candidate has a smooth and positive experience.

  • Participate in exciting HR projects with both local and global impact, sharing your insights and ideas.
