Description and Requirements

As part of our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, you will have an opportunity to see the entire recruiting process from the inside of a global company and try it on your own. As our intern, you will get to work with a variety of wonderful colleagues and take on the responsibility of your own set of real-life tasks.

What can you learn from us? As an Intern you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Lenovo recruiters in their work

  • Active sourcing of candidates, screening CVs, phone screenings

  • Advertising regional Lenovo jobs to various social media & job boards

  • Talent Acquisition operations (interview coordination, data analysis, business communications etc.)

  • Documenting the positions and uploading them to Lenovo job portal

  • Communicating with hiring managers and recruiters about hiring initiatives

  • Leading the entire recruiting process for new interns and training their successors

What qualification do you need to get this internship?

  • You need to speak English, as you will be in touch with our colleagues across Europe

  • We need you for 20 hours per week

  • You need to have experience in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Be people friendly and want to communicate with Lenovo colleagues

Paid internship - 6 EUR per hour (20 hours a week) + Meal card
