Description and Requirements

We have an exciting opportunity for you within Centrum of Excellence Lenovo – join our team as a Market Finance and Planning GTN controller. In this position, you will be responsible for partnering with Lenovo EMEA finance teams to provide financial support for selected regions.

These are your detailed responsibilities:

  • Consolidating and reporting GTN metrics for specific EMEA market (Gross to net revenue process - back end rebates, partners’ rebates, customers’ claims)

  • Working on monthly and quarterly closing as focal for specific market (Future billing adjustment (FBA) reviews), ad hoc analysis

  • Participating / leading the financial review after closing

  • Providing data and business results as a basis for forecasts

  • Administration of the tools, monthly / quarterly set up of the system, approvals of GTN spending

  • Maintaining the market GTN structure and ensures the proper structure is implemented, sets up factors on timely basis

  • Following and implementing processes to ensure audit compliance

  • be part of the projects related to the improvement of processes

  • Cooperation with internal customers (rarely with external), supporting business and cooperating with various internal teams (reporting, finance, back end claims)

Organization:

You will report to GTN manager. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings with inside sales support and profit management

  • Proven track record of delivering results in metrics-driven operational environment

  • Strong analytical skills and data mining skills, ability to understand complex processes and to question them if improvement is needed

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to achieve the targets and meet the deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Strong planning and time management skills

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1900 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
