In the Segment “Grid Control” we are selling and implementing the product suite Spectrum Power that helps our customers to monitor, control and optimize the network, preventing towards unwanted or dangerous situations inside grid. Our projects are complex, with execution in a very dynamic environment with highly motivated teams.

We are working in distributed teams, most of which are in Vienna, but we also have a strong presence in Bratislava and Ankara. Our projects are managed by experienced project managers, supported by technical and commercial project managers and by the Legal department.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who will assume the challenging role of the overall project manager, demonstrating unwavering commitment and robust leadership in steering the project to success.

• Support the Sales function with effective change order procedure

• Intensively communicate with internal stakeholder (project management office, commercial project management, Quality Management, Line Management, Legal function, Headquarter) and customers – both ways, digitally and in-person.

• Limited travel, could be up to 20%

Qualifications :

• University degree in any technical Field or business management or equivalent experience

• IPMA Certification C-Level is obligatory

• Over 3 years experience being overall project manager responsible for large projects (C-level by IPMA) in software business (ideally delivering projects for critical infrastructure)

• Fluent in English

• German knowledge is a clear plus (but not required)

• Capability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure project success and alignment with objectives.

• Competence in managing project budgets, controlling expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

• The ability to analyze information, assess situations, and make well-informed decisions to overcome challenges.

• Skill in identifying and resolving conflicts within the team or with stakeholders, fostering a positive working environment.
