Administrative Support for General Ledger Team - Bratislava, Slovakia

We would love to welcome friendly and fun people to our teams. We are currently looking for a university student, who will join our team of general ledgers and will be responsible for:

Variety of general finance transaction/accounting support tasks in our finance/accounting department including:

  • administrative help for accounting department

  • verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records

  • enters data into computer system using defined computer programs

  • compile data and prepare a variety of reports

  • ad hoc requests

Personality requirements and skills

• University student who is no older than 25 years in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th year of studies, preferably focused on Accounting or a student of Economics Studies

• Previous accounting background (high school) or similar experience in SSC is more than appreciated

• Communicative person

• English language - B2 as minimum

• Attention to detail

• MS Office user

• We are looking for a student who will support us long term that is available to work at least 3 days per week

• Working time: EMEA business day (EMEA shift) peferably 8am-4pm.

• We would like to see you in our modern and healthy office as well;) is there are tasks that you need to process in the office
