BluePearl Veterinary Ophthalmologist in Brandon, Florida

BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Hospital in Brandon, FL is seeking a full-time veterinary Ophthalmologist to join our emergency and specialty hospital.

Our 6,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility is open 24-hours, seven days a week, 365 days a year, offering emergency care when pets and their families need it most. In addition to emergency medicine, our board-certified and board-eligible clinicians specialize in internal medicine, oncology, and surgery. With more than 20 veterinarians on staff, our specialists and emergency clinicians work together to provide a strong, collaborative atmosphere and a team-based approach to advanced care. Current on-site diagnostic capabilities include digital radiography, endoscopes, and ultrasound.

We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, welcoming culture and we consider ourselves to be a part of a big family. We work very closely with each other and everyone is always willing to help their colleagues. Several of our specialists have been with BluePearl for more than 10 years, and all are experienced and well-respected within their fields. We also have some of the most senior technicians within the BluePearl network and most of them have been with us between 10-20 years. Some technicians are assigned to individual services, but all of them had the opportunity to be cross-trained.

This event, held every April, is a two-day celebration that includes more than 50 hot air balloons from all over the country.
