About Us

We at the Acquisition Group are a management and consulting company. We are currently hiring for our client Inclera, a business solutions provider. As a payment solutions company, they support businesses and the Fintech industry with robust payment processing infrastructure and strategic financial guidance. They are currently growing their Business Solutions Campaign in Mississauga, ON; and are seeking multiple Junior Sales Consultants to join the team.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Position Overview

Our goal is to hire people who are driven by sales and develop them into the best in the business. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and performs well in a collaborative atmosphere with clear objectives. This position is special since we value self-driven people who are dedicated to working hard and exceeding their goals. We believe in promoting from within and offer significant growth opportunities for those with perseverance and the right attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit small and medium businesses to sell Inclera products and services.

  • Use a solutions-based approach to identify business challenges and provide value.

  • Analyzing customers needs to recommend suitable products.

  • Complete and submit paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports on time.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to ongoing customer relationship management.

  • Meet sales targets set by management.

  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

    Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Previous sales experience, especially in door-to-door or business settings.

  • Vehicle preferred.

  • Experience in the merchant industry is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Full-time hours.
