Green Rabbit (Recently Acquired by Vistar, a Performance Food Group Company) is the leading e-commerce cold chain logistics provider to the food industry and provides food-grade safe temperature-controlled warehouses for its clients. We are looking for a FULL-TIME Forklift Operator and Production Support to join our Repack team. We take pride in hiring individuals who possess a positive attitude, are willing to take initiative be responsible, and can stay on task.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm

JOB DUTIES:

The Full-time replenishment and put-away associate is responsible for ensuring the inventory on hand is correct and placed in the system-directed location. This forklift operator will be working in our Repack Department, and in addition to operating the forklift to support inventory levels, will learn and support the different production zones in the Department.

  • Create reports from the warehouse management system regarding current inventory levels

  • Perform physical inventory audits, customer-requested cycle counts, and product inspections as required

  • Fill and help maintain inventory levels.

  • Collect, resolve, and report on inventory discrepancies.

  • Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies using the warehouse management system

  • Maintain pick locations, and ensure products that have been received were put away

  • Identify root cause to help eliminate redundant errors

  • Complete work orders according to specifications

  • Quality check orders and package according to quality standards

  • Send packages through tape machine, build pallets, and load trucks for delivery

  • Help pick products specific to customer’s orders and help restock the repack area (forklift certification necessary)

  • Work with production manager to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed

  • Move and lift heavy packages

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent

6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience

Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position

Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift

Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry

Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
