CREW MEMBER POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome our guests with a smile

  • Responsible for properly preparing all current menu items according to Dunkin’ standards and as the guest requests

  • Respond to the needs of the guest and ensure that every guest is satisfied with their experience every time

  • Maintain a clean and neat workstation, help to keep all areas of the restaurant clean and sanitized

  • Practice safe food handling procedures by following all food safety and sanitation guidelines including the use of single use gloves and face masks

  • Complete training for all new productions and promotions and help support the training of other crew members

  • Maintain a positive working environment, work well with other crew members as a team, and treat them with respect.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to fluently speak/read English
