Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Stamping Teams operate assigned automated stamping machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar Auditoria Escalonada Nível 1 e 5S+1 do setor;

  • Coordenar as atividades executados pelos operadores e auxiliares, definindo as prioridades;

  • Realizar o go meeting diário com o time do VS e substituto natural do Supervisor no PIM;

  • Avaliar em conjunto com o time da qualidade os materiais da quarentena e Acompanhar as informações do QAP, QCPC;

  • Acompanhar visitas externas (fornecedores e clientes), auditorias (processo, cliente, EHS e TEOA);

  • Fazer gestão dos processos e das pessoas, incluindo todas as responsabilidades de desenvolvimento;

  • Fazer o balanceamento de mão de obra;

  • Treinar novos colaboradores/ on the job e validar os treinamentos junto ao padrinho;

  • Fazer o controle e gestão dos indicadores e Realizar análise de quebra de ferramentas;

  • Dentre outras atividades.

Requisitos

  • Graduação completa em Eng de Produção ou áreas correlatas;

  • Conhecimento em Lean, melhoria contínua, SixSigma e demais ferramentas;

  • Inglês intermediário desejável;

  • Pacote Office intermediário;

  • Disponibilidade de horário para atuar em turnos, presencialmente em Bragança Paulista - SP;

  • Experiência prévia com gestão de equipes e processos produtivos;

  • Prévia experiência com estamparia/processos de estampagem.
