Inner Compass Brewing Company at LWR, LLC Server in Bradenton, Florida
Greet customers, explain daily specials and answer questions related to the menu
Take orders from customers for food and beverages
Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen via a point-of-sale system in a timely manner
Prepare certain menu items, such as assembling garnishes or assisting with plating
Carry trays of food or drinks from the kitchen to the dining tables and bar
Brings To Go orders to bar for bartenders
Check on customers to confirm satisfaction and assist with other requests
Clear tables after customers finish dining or as needed
Prepare customers itemized checks, take payment and return change
Set up dining areas and stock service areas
Opening and closing activity as directed by management to include preparing tables and work stations
Refill containers such as napkin holders, salt and pepper shakers and condiment dispensers
Cleans and sanitizes tables after guests leave
Keep tables from becoming overcrowded and tidy serving area and event room
Verify customers meet the age requirement for alcohol purchase
Maintain a working knowledge of all Inner Compass Beers including ingredients and potential allergens with continuing beer education
Other duties directed from management
Attends any required meetings
Organizes and cleans expo line
Get food plates ready and garnished for food runners to take food out of kitchen
Mops and sweeps floors at the end of each shift
Takes out all trash in taproom
