MCR Health Senior Human Resources Generalist in Bradenton, Florida

As part of this role, you will:

  • Act as an employee relations consultant to leaders
  • Communicate and educate staff on MCR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Process team member changes in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

What you need to bring to this role:

  • Associate Degree in related field of study required (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 5+ years' HR Generalist experience required
  • 1+ year of experience using an HRIS required (Kronos a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office required
  • Ability to move between sites as needed (with mileage reimbursement) required
  • PHR or SHRM CP certification preferred
  • Experience with benefits administration a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
  • Ability to effectively interact with staff and others in stressful situations
  • Tech savviness and comfortable with technology
  • Polished in both personal appearance and interactions
  • Detail oriented with an organized mind-set
  • Ability to be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot
  • Ability to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
  • Pride in the job you do and the image you present
  • A positive can-do attitude
