Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician and play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations. You will be responsible for electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Your day-to-day tasks will include working with PLCs, VFDs, and 480 Volt systems, as well as handling hydraulics, pneumatics, and combustion systems. Additionally, you will read blueprints, perform teardowns, repairs, and adhere to lock-out/tag-out procedures. Our supportive environment includes training for any skills that need further development on the job.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Our manufacturing shop boasts a very low turnover rate of only 2%, indicative of a positive and stable work environment. The work schedule consists of 12-hour shifts in a rotating pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off, alternating between day and night shifts. This schedule includes working four consecutive weekends followed by four consecutive weekends off. Our maintenance team members have the potential to significantly boost their earnings with up to 100% production bonuses weekly and up to an additional 20% monthly bonus based on efficiency ratings. Last year, every member of the maintenance team earned over $100k.
