Qualifications for this Career Opportunity * * * Knowledgeof psychosocial assessment, occupational placement, and vocational rehabilitation counseling. * Knowledgeof medical and psychiatric conditions in relation to the rehabilitation process. * Knowledgeof counseling theories, techniques, and applications. * Effectivewritten and oral communication skills. * Abilityto be flexible and balance between literal adherence to rules and the use of policies as a guide.
