Randstad is looking to hire a medical receptionist for a reputable medical clinic in the Boynton Beach area. If you are passionate about patient care and are looking for a long term opportunity, this may be the job for you! This is a temp to hire opporunity starting at $18/hr. Increase given once you become a permanent employee. Work hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Responsibilities

  • Field calls from current and new patients

  • Check patients in for their appointments

  • Collect and process insurance, payments and patient documents

  • Schedule medical appointments using schedulng system for in person and virtual visits

  • Assign appointments dates and times based on the medical needs of the patients

  • Listen sympathetically and move the flow of conversation forward

  • Answer questions regarding Covid19 and Covid19 vaccination and provide appropriate information to patients (This office does not see or treat Covid19+ patients)
