Northcrest Nursing and Rehab located in Napolean, Ohio, is a Skilled Nursing Facility committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. We pride ourselves on our dedication to their well-being and fostering a supportive environment. We are currently seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Night Shift team.

$8,000 Sign-On Bonus – 12 Hour Shifts – Night Shift

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.

  • Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Monitor residents' vital signs and symptoms, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

  • Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease management.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.

  • Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.

  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care.

  • Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
