Wood County Hospital Radiology Technologist - Part Time in Bowling Green, Ohio

Wood County Hospital is now accepting applications for a part time Radiology Technologist. The Radiology Technologist provides personal care and professional excellence by performing radiographic procedures at a technical level without requiring constant supervision to technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.

Job Duties:

  • Develops quality films by automatic or manual prescribed safety standards.

  • Assists in performing proper first aid as necessary.

  • Demonstrates appropriate skills required to work with the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.

  • Provides personal care and professional excellence by properly positioning and transferring patients.

  • Phlebotomy skills trained on the job.

Shift Details: Part Time / 24 hours per week

Hours: 1900 - 0730

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Education:            

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Imaging program

Minimum Certification:

  • Registered Technologist in Radiology through ARRT

  • Licensed Radiographer in the state of Ohio
