Wood County Hospital NP / PA - Falcon Health Center - FT in Bowling Green, Ohio
Falcon Health Center, a subsidiary of Wood County Hospital, is seeking applications for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will perform duties in accordance with customary rules of ethics and conduct of the applicable State Board.
Falcon Health center sees family medicine, student health, urgent care, and women’s health patients. Family medicine provider for children and adults of all ages, with a passion for student health. Candidate must be licensed in the state of Ohio and hold a current and valid certificate to prescribe.
Shift Details:
Hours: 8 am - 5 pm
Shift: Day shift
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education:
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Minimum Certification:
- Nurse Practitioner certification required. Current BLS certification and DEA license required.
OR
- Physician Assistant certification required. Current BLS certification and DEA license required.
Minimum Experience:
- 1 year experience required.
Preferred Experience:
3-5 years' experience preferred.
Experience in Women's and Men's health is preferred.
