a: Gardant Management Solutions is the 10th largest Assisted Living Provider in the U.S.: Our Corporate Office is located in Bourbonnais, IL.: Position is Full time Monday thru Friday. Exceptional Benefit package.:: Responsible for the oversight and training of senior housing community business office staff in all financial accounting related functions. Coordinates and performs the monthly financial statement preparation using GAAP and the accrual basis of accounting. Tasks include income and balance sheet analysis, cash and reserve management, accounts payable, annual budget review and annual audit process and review. Research and respond to financial information inquiries made by owners, lenders, auditors, regulatory agencies and third parties. Special projects as assigned. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Additional requirements: professional behavior, excellent organizational skills, communication skills both verbal and written, excellent computer skills with current Microsoft Office products, and accounting software. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
