Description

Robert Half Marketing & Creative (formerly The Creative Group is looking for a long term, part time freelance designer with strong experience in Retail and Shopper Marketing. This can be a hybrid role based out of Boulder, CO or a fully remote opportunity. This role primarily focuses on creating compelling designs that align with the brand guidelines and enhance the retail experience for the end consumer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for understanding shopper marketing, rendering help, and creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves working on a variety of products, including point of sale displays, retail branding, and digital design.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative vision and design solutions that meet the company's business objectives and advance the brand strategy.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud software suite to create compelling visual designs.

• Understand and adhere to brand guidelines while creating designs for various retail outlets across the country.

• Provide support in rendering fixtures from vendors, enhancing them for display purposes.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand awareness is effectively communicated through design.

• Utilize skills in retail merchandising to create impactful in-store displays.

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of shopper marketing to create designs that appeal to the target audience.

• Work on digital design projects as needed, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure design projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

• Continually learn and apply new design techniques to improve the quality of your work.

Requirements

• Must possess at least 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Demonstrable knowledge in Brand Awareness.

• Experience with Retail branding & in store displays/merchandising is required.

• Understanding and ability to adhere to Brand Guidelines.

• Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is desirable.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary design adjustments.

• Portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
