Global Science & Technology Outreach Support Coordinator in Boulder, Colorado

Global Science & Technology, a growing scientific and high technology firm, is seeking an Outreach Support Coordinator to support a technical and operational support services contract. The position is located in Boulder, CO. The outreach support coordinator will work in the operations center performing monitoring and analysis of space traffic products and computational processes. The operations center will be staffed 24/7 so the contractor personnel should expect shift work.

This position is contingent upon contract award

Position Summary:

  • Serve as the primary mechanism to engage with the user community and perform coordination and communication as required.

  • Engage with data and service providers, owner-operators, and the broader stakeholder community to facilitate facility registration and use of the system, provide basic safety services to meet user community needs, and gather feedback on system support.

  • Serve on behalf of the customer to engage with government and commercial stakeholder organizations and agencies regarding operational issues, data requirements, organizational responsibilities, etc.

    Required Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience

  • B.S. degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • Customer support, communication, and coordination with clients

  • Organizational skills and detail-oriented.

  • Experience with Space Operations

  • Experience with the Space community.
