As a Foreman for our Civil District you will contribute to our team by:
- Piping knowledge for installing above ground to underground pipe work
- Mechanical installation
- Layout for Tank and mechanical installation
- Knowledge in reading and understanding drawings with little help
- Knowledge in shooting elevations
- Basic operating machinery experience
- Daily work planning skills
What you will bring to the role: * 2-5 years of experience as a Foreman and leading crews * Positive attitude and desire to continuously improve skills while teaching others * Must be able to clearly communicate before a group with confidence. * Familiar with field concepts, practices and procedures * First Aid, CPR and OSHA 30 training preferred. Safe use of Hand and Power tools. * Occasionally climbs up and down ladders, scaffolding, and stairs. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures, in confined spaces, high places, and under pressure. * Water and wastewater experience. * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
