The Director of Professional Services (PS) is responsible to lead our existing global PS team. As the Director of PS, you will implement global strategy, oversee our PS portfolio offerings, ensure client satisfaction, ARR/Revenue growth, and foster a culture of collaboration & excellence. To succeed in this role, you will need to: work cross-functionally; scale PS based on company objectives; develop and execute strategies to further enhance our PS solutions portfolio and delivery methodology; and improve operational efficiency through continuous improvement

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Identify market trends, client needs, and growth opportunities to inform service offerings and scale the PS team.

  • Manage the entire PS end-to end process inclusive of product develop, operational performance, service delivery process, project planning, execution, training, and support.

  • Attract and retain high-quality talent to meet current demands and cover future capabilities required to stay competitive.

  • Develop pricing strategies, manage project budgets, and optimize resource utilization.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices.

  • Frequently communicates with executives and customers in regions to foster and keep key customer sponsor relationships and trust-based partnerships.

  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions as needed.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Expert-level understanding of Professional Services Practices with a proven track record of managing, growing, and expanding high-quality Professional Services organizations.

  • BS/BA in business or sciences, or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of people management experience, managing teams of 10 or more people, and 3 years of second line leadership experience in a high-tech and marketing technology environment.

  • Excellent organizational, planning, presentation, and communication skills. The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, and the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with the PS end-to-end sales process and the ability to drive profitable growth in collaboration with sales teams.

  • Knowledge of the Life Sciences industry and its implications for delivering excellent customer experiences in Premium Services.

  • Ability to travel up to 50%, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Valid Passport and Valid Driver's License.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • MBA

  • Knowledge of Life Sciences

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $180,000-190,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
