Votre formation :Au sein de notre siège international à Boudry, nous offrons une place d’apprentissage enrichissante en qualité d’employé/e de commerce, au sein de notre département des Ressources Humaines. Vous aurez également la possibilité de suivre les cours en voie élargie pour accéder à la Maturité Professionnelle.Le/la futur/e apprenti/e aura l’opportunité de découvrir le cycle de vie du collaborateur auprès de nos 4 différents secteurs, du recrutement à la formation et au développement des collaborateurs, en passant par toutes les activités liées à la gestion de la rémunération, avec une formation complémentaire auprès du département des finances.

Nous recherchons une personne

  • Ayant terminé sa scolarité obligatoire avec succès

  • Intéressée par l’industrie pharmaceutique et qui souhaites nous aider à rendre la vie des patients meilleure chaque jour

  • Motivation à se développer dans une fonction RH

  • De langue maternelle française et avec de très bonnes connaissances d’anglais (BEC V ou niveau First)

  • Dynamique, ouverte d'esprit et ayant la soif d'apprendre

  • Dotée d’un bon esprit d’équipe

  • A l’aise avec les chiffres et avec les outils informatiques usuels (Word, Excel)
