Overview Verathon is seeking a VP/GM for the Video Laryngoscopy business to become the newest member of our Executive Leadership Team located in Bothell, WA. The primary responsibility of the VP/GM of Video Laryngoscopy is to provide global leadership and strategic direction for Verathon's Video Laryngoscopy business. This leader will be responsible for the financial performance of the business, multi-year portfolio strategy, new product launches and support for all current and historically developed products. This role will directly manage global product marketing and as the steward of the business work closely with key functional partners including R&D, commercial, operations and RA/QA organizations to drive business results. Responsibilities Responsible for leading Video Laryngoscopy business results, and meeting growth and profitability commitments. Owns the market and portfolio strategy delivering on a roadmap of clinically differentiated products. Champions innovative product ideation to accelerate growth and meet long-term financial objectives Leads execution of new product launches, pricing strategy, forecasting, messaging, promotions, and sales enablement. Oversee development and execution of marketing strategies and tactics including marketing plans, market opportunity assessment, clinical needs, customer expectations, price points, competitive analysis, and future market trends. Drives all aspects of product life cycle management including annual unit planning, price management & realization, demand generation and discontinuance planning. Tracks key growth and functional metrics to improve business performance in core and new products. Leads or participates in escalations on key issues related to sales goals, customer experience, supply continuity and quality. Provide leadership, development and mentoring to staff to attract, retain and motivate a high-performance team.
