Job Description PSE's Pole Services team is part of the Product Development department which develops new energy products and services to meet customer needs. The Pole Services group specifically engages with PSE's municipal, telecommunications, and construction development customers interested in street and area lighting, communication joint use, wireless collocation, and other pole-related services. The Project Manager II role will oversee the project management of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations that will be collocated on PSE's Wood Distribution Poles and Stand-Alone Street Light Poles throughout PSE's territory in Washington State. This individual ensures customer requirements are met and work is completed to support PSE's business, energy savings, green power, financial goals, and is responsible for ensuring consistent application of PSE standards, processes, and proactively driving continuous improvement activities. He/she will also participate in cross-functional teams internally and with our customers in both leadership and participant roles to develop appropriate solutions for PSE and customer needs. The Project Manager II will be responsible for managing material resources for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, assembling Electric Vehicle Street Light Collocation Construction packages, ability to make sure that sites are ready for construction, identify any make-ready work on existing infrastructure and updating new and existing job aids. The candidate will also need to have extensive AutoCAD and Field experience.
