Liberty IT Solutions, LLC Technical Writer-Veterans Affairs (REMOTE) in Boston, Massachusetts

Key Role: Write and edit technical documentation, user manuals, and sales and training literature. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Communicate with internal, external, technical, and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the quality and accuracy of the assigned project. Translate technical verbiage in documents to verbiage that can be understood by non-technical professionals. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience developing, editing, and producing technical and graphical documentation Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work on a technical engineering team and translate documents and literature into non-technical terms for business audiences HS diploma or GED Experience working for the US. Department of Veterans Affairs Additional Qualifications: Ability to communicate with technical, non-technical, internal, and external stakeholders at all levels in verbal and written formats Experience with federal contracting is nice to have Public Trust Clearance US Department of Veterans Affairs Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
