Job Description:

Position Overview:Reporting to the Manager of Technical Operations, the Technical Operations Analyst will be responsible for developing and analyzing key metrics and collaborating across departments to ensure that company access controls and security policies are being followed.Responsibilities:Develop and analyze key metrics, facilitate data reviews, identify and understand trends related to application performance and operational efficiencies.Generate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics. Report on trends and propose appropriate operational changes based on those trends.Collaborate with all departments’ management to ensure that all company access controls and security policies are being followed.Work with Technical Operations and Engineering Management to development new policies and procedures as necessary.Manage the yearly company wide security audit process.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree required.Must have a good understanding of SQL database querying.Experience with data mining and/or analysis desired.Experience designing and developing reports desiredMust have excellent communication and presentation skillsMust have strong organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skillsMust have excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results within tight deadlines
