Amazon Sr. PM RSC Business Ops, Robotics Supply Chain in Boston, Massachusetts

Description

The Business Operations Sr. Project Manager for Amazon Robotics Supply Chain (RSC) Business Operations and Strategy manages high impact, cross functional technology projects with a goal to improve systems and tools to support Amazon Robotics' growth.

Working across Global Robotics Delivery (GRD), the Sr. PM will drive strategic roadmaps for RSC and improve tools and mechanisms to meet anticipated growth of operations. The role will manage the ongoing development of RSC metrics and support demand planning, logistics, order management, NPI, procurement teams in program management.

This position requires strong project management skills, excellent organizational abilities, a background in creating data visualizations, strong written communication, and metric development.

Key job responsibilities

-Project manage technical programs to enhance/transform supply chain systems and tools.

-Lead current intiatives to improve Data Analytics and Master Data Management.

-Support the RSC Technology roadmap, drive priorities and provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) input and guide direction of projects.

-Support the project intake processes and create mechanisms to update RSC on project status'.

-Communicate goals and metrics to senior management verbally and through written artifacts.

-Develop metrics and corresponding data visualizations based on gap analysis and business needs.

-Work closely with manufacturing and tech deploy on process improvements and technology needs to drive shared operational goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • 7+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience

  • 7+ years of supply chain experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field

  • 6+ years of Tableau or equivalent tools experience
