We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Social Media Manager to join the Global Communications Team. In this role, you will lead strategy and execution across corporate social platforms, driving exponential growth and greater awareness as well as engaging broader audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global social media strategy and execution across key corporate social channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.

  • Develop and manage the global social editorial calendar tailored to each channel based on channel-specific trends and competitive benchmarking, from creative strategy to copy creation to posting.

  • Determine quarterly KPIs and channel benchmarks and continuously evaluate performance based on data, utilizing reporting tools to analyze engagement trends and adjust content strategy accordingly.

  • Craft strategic, on-brand, and high-quality content and creative for our social channels that drive results and impact.

  • Optimize content to help maximize engagement and reach, based on an ever-evolving, data-informed content strategy.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional marketing teams, brainstorming and innovating on broader campaign concepts to develop social-centric activations.

  • Provide recommendations to enhance strategy and tactics social media marketing channels for greatest impact based on data, research, and analysis.

  • Evaluate complex data and translate into insights for the broader marketing and executive leadership teams.

  • Keep on the pulse of software advances, industry trends, and methodologies to continually innovate and drive efficiencies.

  • Maintain the brand vision and voice.

  • Create guidelines and resources to enable advocacy and amplification for internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 4-6 years experience of social marketing experience in B2B technology industry with a proven record of success

  • Deep expertise in leading and emerging social media channels, including LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Medium, Reddit and more.

  • Strong project management skills, including handling multiple projects and campaigns from conception to completion, delivering documented results.

  • Excellent writer and communicator with an eye for detail, capable of creating impactful content and simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences

  • Independent thinker and self-starter who is adept at working in a team environment to adopt and scale processes and policies to ensure a best-in-class social marketing program.

  • Experience working with creative teams to influence content so it delivers meaningful business outcomes through social media.

  • Drive to outpace industry and competitor benchmarks and achieve exponential growth.

  • Passion and enthusiasm that inspires fresh ideas and motivates action.

  • Proficiency in design software and basic video editing tools preferred.
