Bear Mountain Health Care RN/LPN Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem (Mandarin Speaking) in Boston, Massachusetts

Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse fluent in Mandarin? Join our team at Parkway Health & Rehabilitation Center located in West Roxbury, MA, where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Per Diem / All Shifts Available

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols and standards of care.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members.

  • Assist Mandarin-speaking residents with their healthcare needs and ensure they receive culturally competent care.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident assessments, care plans, and interventions.

Requirements:

  • Current RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.

  • Fluent in Mandarin.

  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
