Technical Safety Services Project Manager (Temporary) in Boston, Massachusetts

We are a leading provider of environmental monitoring solutions and testing, calibration, and certification services for controlled environments, medical gas systems, and laboratory instrumentation. How will you make an impact?

You will play a significant role defining and leading the integrations of our Merger & Acquisition portfolio of companies.

This is an opportunity to join a high growth business and build the playbook & project management structures that enable rapid, quality integrations. You will learn the Sales & Marketing functions, Service Delivery, and Supply Chain process to assess “how things work” and recommend the optimal integration plan.

The ideal candidate is curious, consultative, with strong business acumen and leadership skills. You will use those skills to define playbooks, influence leaders, and drive rigorous accountability. If you prefer great results over perfect project plans… this role is for you.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated success partnering with business leaders, defining enterprise plans, and completing projects on schedule.

What will you do?

  • Partner with business leaders to define the integration playbook.

  • Partner with business leaders to define integration project plans and dashboards.

  • Host regular reviews with the executive staff to assess and drive progress.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range of $56.00 - $62.00 hourly

    (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with industry data.)

    How will you get here?

    Education and Experience

  • Bachelors in business, science focused degrees, or equivlent.

  • 5+ years experience leading large projects. Enterprise-wide projects preferred

  • Experience with Service Delivery businesses is preferred

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • The ability to balance influence leaders and drive progress, over creating perfect project plans

  • Fluency with Smartsheets or Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with executive mgmt. to develop plans and priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex problems to executive stakeholders

  • Demonstrated self-starter that is comfortable working independently with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to travel 10%
