Description

At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on Earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. The Amazon Fresh Grocery team is seeking a customer-obsessed Program Manager, with a proven track record of delivering results, to own fixed cost optimization for grocery fulfillment centers and grocery distribution centers. • Work closely with procurement, field leadership, maintenance, finance, and ops integration teams to meet business priorities

  • Develop data-driven reduction solutions utilizing raw data sources

  • Support in-depth business reviews and present results and insights to key stakeholders

  • Earn trust at all levels through excellent communication and collaboration

  • Prioritize effectively in a quickly changing and ambiguous environment

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

  • Experience using a financial P&L to back up idea generation
