We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Center Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in data center operations, with a focus on Windows Servers and Infrastructure, Cisco networking products, and Acronis/ThinClient technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data center infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.

  • Manage and administer Windows Servers and Infrastructure, including but not limited to Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services.

  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco networking products such as routers, switches, and firewalls to support network connectivity and security.

  • Utilize Acronis and/or ThinClient technologies for backup, disaster recovery, and endpoint management solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to enhance data center efficiency, scalability, and resilience.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in data center operations, including server administration, networking, and infrastructure management.

  • Extensive professional experience with Windows Servers and Infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Cisco networking products (routers, switches, firewalls) to support enterprise networks.

  • Strong working knowledge of Acronis and/or ThinClient technologies for backup, recovery, and endpoint management.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, Acronis Certified Engineer (ACE), or equivalent.

  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.

  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
