Description

Are you a seasoned Non-IT Program Manager looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their team in a remote capacity. This six-month contract position, with the potential for extension, offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Non-IT Program Manager to excel in coordinating and driving non-IT projects to success. Candidates with strong Eloqua experience and content creation skills are preferred. Our client is not looking for SFMC experience or marketing operations background. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate B2B marketing projects, making detailed plans to accomplish demand generation and growth goals.

  • Direct the integration of technical activities with a focus on Eloqua expertise.

  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients in the healthcare/women's health sector.

  • Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, particularly in content creation such as writing articles, developing webinars, etc.

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence in Eloqua usage and content creation.

  • Analyze technology resource needs and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects in the specified domains.

  • Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures in healthcare/women's health contexts.

  • Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates related to marketing initiatives.

    Requirements

Skills:

  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of healthcare/women's health-related goods.

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods in the specified domains.

  • Strong experience with Eloqua and content creation, including writing articles, developing webinars, etc.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.

  • 5-7 years of experience required, with a focus on B2B marketing, demand generation/growth marketing, strong Eloqua experience, and healthcare/women's health domain knowledge.
