About the role:
As a trusted advisor to our enterprise customers, you'll lead by example, embodying Trellix's values and commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
Serving as the primary liaison between Trellix and our valued customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Providing leadership and guidance to a dynamic team of professionals, inspiring excellence and driving collective success.
Collaborating closely with sales teams to identify and capitalize on services opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and business expansion.
Overseeing the end-to-end delivery process, from project initiation to successful completion, while managing bookings and revenue targets.
Handling multiple concurrent projects precisely and efficiently, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services delivery, preferably in a managerial or leadership role
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant professional certifications
Proficiency in project management tools and software
