We’re looking for a talented and well-versed Graphic Design professional to join our team in Newburyport or Boston, MA! This is your chance to bring your expertise to the table, working alongside our award-winning creative team on a wide array of projects across diverse industries. From collaborating on PR and marketing initiatives to crafting captivating brand materials, you will be right in the middle of a fast-paced and dynamic agency experience. The successful candidate will spend their time ideating and producing unique, engaging, and inspired visuals for a variety of project types, from marketing collateral to integrated campaigns to websites to brand identities. Across these verticals, this role will: 

  • Help strategize and develop compelling concepts and deliverables for brand identities including logos, color palettes, typographic styles, photography direction and style, graphic styles, collateral packages, and style guides. 

  • Produce clear and captivating sales and marketing campaign collateral including advertisements, infographics, brochures, invitations, reports, tradeshow booth graphics, etc. 

  • Help to concept, architect, and design website experiences from landing pages and microsites to e-commerce websites. 

  • Create branded business materials like PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, conference presentations, etc., that feel cohesive and work to elevate the brand’s overall experience. 

  • Cross-collaborate over ideas and visuals with a range of in-house teams from the Motion Graphic and Video Production teams to Strategy and Marketing Ops including Social Media teams. 

  • Develop concepts for a wide range of clients and industries, including B2B companies (in the cybersecurity, SAAS, healthcare spaces, and more), food and beverage companies, and consumer companies. 

    Along with a great portfolio of work, your previous experience and attributes will include: 

  • 3+ years full-time graphic and web design experience 

  • Agency experience a plus 

  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter 

  • Expert knowledge of the most recent versions of Adobe Creative Cloud 

  • Experience in PowerPoint layout and design including master slides, transitions and animations 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs 

  • Experience communicating directly with clients in-person and via email and effectively leading design feedback sessions 

  • Ability to work closely with account teams from conception to design to final product, and acting as a liaison with clients and print vendors as needed 

  • Understanding of the latest web standards, best practices in responsive design and how they translate into an efficient, modern and aesthetically-pleasing website design. 

  • Working knowledge of the realities of executing designs within an online environment (HTML, CSS, Javascript) a plus 

  • Experience contributing to a creative team, including website project managers, developers, UX designers and copywriters 

  • The ability to conceptualize, present and articulate innovative design approaches clearly and directly to clients 

  • High attention to detail and the ability to work within deadlines and independently 

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional interactive work for a variety of clients and industries 

  • Ability to pitch original ideas, research and recommend new digital solutions 

  • Clear understanding of all present digital platforms – websites, video, radio steaming apps and custom client apps – and present recommendations for improved platforms and solutions where possible
