Boston University School of Law is seeking an experienced professional who is excited to work on a team dedicated to the administrative support of our faculty and staff. As a top law school, BU Law faculty are smart and capable leaders with ambitious goals, and Faculty and Administrative Services Manager will play an important role in supporting our community of researchers, scholars, and teachers. Reporting to the Associate Director for Academic Administration at the Law School, the Faculty and Administrative Services Manager will manage a team of 4-6 Senior Program Coordinators in providing pooled administrative support services to over fifty doctrinal JD faculty, several dozen part-time faculty, and selected administrative departments. The person in this role will become an expert in BUs systems to support key tasks, including travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, procurement, faculty annual reporting, course support and exam printing, and general office and administrative tasks. In this function, you will use strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service to facilitate the research, scholarship, teaching, and service priorities of our faculty. You will also work with the administrative team to help onboard incoming faculty and advance new initiatives and process improvements. You will oversee general office operations as needed.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree required, minimum of 2-3 years direct experience in an administrative support role. Supervisory experience a plus. Prior experience with Concur and SharePoint preferred.
