  • Serve as initial resource for employees and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, policy, HR programs and employee record information.

  • Provide exceptional and timely customer service, primarily through telephone and email interaction with employees.

  • Determine the appropriate course of action to bring issues and cases to resolution.

  • Ensure all documentation and information is complete, secure and compliant.

  • Reviews issue and cases with supervisor, seeking advice and counsel where specialty/more advanced expertise is required.

  • Process all HR related transactions with speed and accuracy and in compliance with policies and practices.

  • Maintain strong collaboration with other areas of Human Resources and Hospital departments.

  • Assist with employee record maintenance as required.

  • Provide other HR administrative support, including but not limited to employment verifications and HR voicemail retrieval and response.

  • Provide Onboarding administrative support during high volume periods.

    To qualify, you must have:

  • Associate’s degree and at least one year of experience in human resources or two years of progressive client service work within a complex corporate environment

  • Analytical skills to resolve problems of a routine to moderately complex nature requiring the use of mathematical or technical principles and in depth cross functional knowledge.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.

  • Accuracy required with speed of processing data, strong technical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

  • Requires the highest level of customer service and quality in all interactions and transactions.

  • Bilingual communication skills (verbal and written) a plus
